We offer immediate telephone support to all customers that call us; we manage to solve problems in real time or we make an appointment for on site intervention.

All machines can be equipped with a teleservice device. This means one of our programmers can access the machine software remotely and correct any errors.

On-site maintenance

In order to intervene promptly, the company offers a fully stocked spare parts warehouse (98% of the spare parts are in stock), which are delivered via courier service or directly by our technical staff.
