Fanplastic Series Industrial Fans are made entirely of corrosion-resistant materials.
These industrial fans have been designed and manufactured without swirl zones so as to prevent the deposit of dust, impurities or anything else that may be present in any environment, eliminating bothersome maintenance. The bearings are self-lubricating for life and deliberately oversized to ensure maximum durability and maintenance-free operation.
The single-piece polyethylene body (patented) gives the fan many important advantages:

In addition, thanks to its innovative body, is the only one to have a conveyor that extends the full depth of the fan, allowing better air flow and thus a higher flow rate with low energy consumption.
Protective mesh in accordance with European standards is fitted on both sides of the fan as standard.
The fan consists of six stainless steel blades with a special profile designed for high air flow rate at a low speed, while keeping noise and energy consumption to a minimum.
Fan installation by means of threaded holes on the sides of the body, on which eyebolts can be screwed to attach a chain or clips for wall mounting.
The electric motor has been designed and manufactured specifically for the FANPLASTIC series, thus achieving the highest operating efficiency under real and heavy duty working conditions. All motors are variable speed, IP55 type, class F insulation, cooled by their own fan.
The automatically opening slide gates are balanced with counterweights and characterised by very smooth and therefore especially accurate, silent movement.
The V-belt is easily tensioned from the inside of the fan by means of a special, practical belt tensioner.
The body is the only one on the market to be made of polyethylene in a single block, thus eliminating oxidation and ensuring maximum robustness. (patented)
