Big Bag Unloader Systems

MIAL’s Big Bag Unloader are designed to discharge powdery and granular products, ensuring automatic and complete emptying within a recovery hopper. The system consists of a sturdy forklift frame onto which the Big Bag support suspenders are attached. Using a forklift, the Big Bag is safely positioned on a sturdy tubular steel frame with adjustable height. Once in position, the operator can safely proceed to open the Big Bag. Each structure is arranged to be connected to a centralized vacuum system, eliminating dust during emptying.
